Oh, Chip, Chippers chippy. You were just the best cat. You never bit anyone, you never scratched anyone. You loved everybody, cats, dogs, and kittens all alike. You treated everyone like a best friend, and you were my best friend.

You never meowed often, but you always knew how to purr. You loved purring when you slept next to me at night.

One night I woke up, you were grooming me like a cat. I like having shaved hair, and apparently you did too. At first I thought it was disgusting, but looking back on it, it was the funniest thing you ever did.

I never meant to push you off me while I was sleeping. I was just too hot sleeping next to you. If I could, I'd have you every single night, just to have you again.

Every time I laid down in my own bed, you would be right there, sleeping right next to me, wanting nothing more than love and to be near me.
