1.What the site is for
FindPetCremations is an informational directory and editorial resource about pet cremation, aquamation, in-home euthanasia, and related aftercare services in the United States. It is designed to help you research and compare providers. It is not a substitute for advice from a licensed veterinarian, attorney, or grief counselor, and it is not an endorsement, recommendation, or referral to any specific provider.
If your pet is in medical distress, contact a veterinarian — not a cremation provider and not this website.
2.Accuracy of information
We make a genuine effort to keep listings accurate, but the underlying information changes constantly. Prices, hours, services offered, accreditation status, and contact details can all shift without notice. Pricing on the site is drawn from public provider pages at the time we last checked — it may be out of date, may reflect only a portion of a provider’s pricing, and may exclude fees, taxes, or add-ons. Always verify pricing and availability directly with the provider before making a decision.

3.Provider listings disclaimer
Listings are compiled from public data sources, including Google Places, provider websites, and industry directories such as IAOPCC. FindPetCremations does not endorse any specific provider. Inclusion in the directory is not a recommendation. Rank and sort order are algorithmic and based on public data such as accreditation, verified services, and review volume — they are not paid placements.
You are responsible for doing your own due diligence before hiring any provider, including confirming licensing, reading independent reviews, and, where appropriate, visiting the facility.
4.Affiliate disclosure
Some outbound links on the site are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase or sign up for a service, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. This applies to certain product links (e.g., urns, memorial items) and some partner services. It does not apply to directory listings themselves, and affiliate arrangements do not influence ranking, editorial content, or the decision to include or exclude any provider.
5.Your submissions
When you submit information through a form on the site — including contact forms, listing-claim forms, and correction reports — you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant FindPetCremations a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and display that submission for the purpose of operating the directory, responding to you, and improving our data. You can revoke this license at any time by asking us to delete your submission; we’ll honor that request except where we need to retain data for legal or audit reasons.
Don’t submit anything defamatory, unlawful, or that you don’t have the right to share.
6.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the site outside of publicly allowed crawlers.
- Impersonate another person or provider when submitting forms or claims.
- Use the site to harass a provider, individual, or employee.
- Attempt to interfere with, probe, or disrupt the site’s infrastructure.
7.Third-party links and services
The site links to third-party websites (provider sites, news articles, vendor pages, etc.). We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Using a third-party site means agreeing to its own terms.
8.Intellectual property
The site’s editorial content — articles, guides, custom illustrations, and compiled directory databases — is protected by copyright and belongs to Affluenss LLC, except where otherwise credited. Individual facts (a provider’s name, address, phone number) are not themselves copyrightable; our compiled, curated database is. You may link to pages on the site and quote short excerpts with attribution.
9.Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing information is complete or current.
10.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Affluenss LLC and its personnel are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the site, including damages arising from services obtained from any provider listed on the site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site will not exceed US $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
11.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Affluenss LLC harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the site, your submissions, or your violation of these terms.
12.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, where Affluenss LLC is organized. Disputes will be resolved in UAE courts, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction gives you additional rights — those rights are not waived by this section.
13.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, announced on the homepage for at least 30 days. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
