Compare Pet Cremation Providers

Select up to 3 providers to compare services, pricing, and ratings side by side.

How this tool works

Choosing a pet cremation provider is an important decision, and comparing your options can help you find the right fit for your family. Our comparison tool lets you evaluate up to three providers side by side across the factors that matter most — ratings, services, pricing, certifications, and contact details.

What data you're seeing

Every provider in our database has been cross-checked against Google Places and, where applicable, the IAOPCC member registry. Ratings and review counts come directly from each provider's Google Business Profile. Service tags come from our competitor-crawl and are confirmed against each provider's website. Pricing, where shown, has been extracted from the provider's published rate sheet.

What the badges mean

Google Verified means we confirmed the provider exists at the stated address via Google Places. IAOPCC Accredited means the provider appears in the International Association of Pet Cemeteries and Crematories member registry, which indicates a documented chain-of-custody process and inspected facility standards.

A note about pricing

Not all providers publish pricing publicly. Where pricing is not available, we encourage you to contact the provider directly — many crematories will give you a clear quote over the phone. 3,562 providers are in our database; pricing data is fully verified for a growing subset.

Frequently asked questions

Look for providers with transparent pricing, verified reviews, and professional certifications like IAOPCC accreditation. Ask about their chain-of-custody process — how your pet is identified, tagged, and kept separate throughout. A reputable provider will welcome the question and walk you through their procedure in plain language.
IAOPCC accreditation means the provider meets quality standards set by the International Association of Pet Cemeteries and Crematories. Accreditation covers equipment, training, documentation, and chain-of-custody protocols. In our database, approximately 4% of providers are IAOPCC-accredited.
Price is one factor, but not the only one. Consider the provider's reputation, services offered, and whether they offer the cremation type you want. A $50 difference matters less than whether they follow proper identification procedures. Reviews and accreditation are often better indicators than price alone.
Private cremation means your pet is cremated alone and you receive their individual ashes. Communal cremation means multiple pets are cremated together and ashes are not returned. Private costs about 40-60% more but is the only option if you want your pet's specific ashes.
No. Approximately 30-40% of providers offer at-home pickup services — others require you to transport your pet to the facility or work through your veterinarian. If at-home pickup matters to you, confirm it's included (or factor in the surcharge, typically $45-$80).
